1. Use of generated content

GlowReach AI generates marketing content (captions, hooks, ads, campaigns) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for how you use, edit, publish, and distribute that content, including compliance with platform rules (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads), advertising regulations, medical / cosmetic advertising laws in your jurisdiction, and any truth-in-advertising requirements.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

3. No guaranteed results

GlowReach AI is a creative assistant. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, booking volume, revenue, follower growth, or ROI. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your audience, market, pricing, and execution.

4. AI-generated content may vary

Outputs are generated by AI models and may vary in quality, tone, accuracy, or style. Identical inputs may produce different results. Always review outputs before publishing and edit anything that does not accurately represent your business.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GlowReach AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, or designed to harass or mislead. Misuse, abuse, scraping, automation against our terms, or circumventing usage limits may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
