Terms of Service

Welcome to GlowReach. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Our separate Marketing Services Agreement governs the specifics of the campaign management work we perform on your behalf.

1. Scope of services

GlowReach is a boutique Facebook and Instagram marketing agency for beauty businesses. We provide strategy, campaign setup, creative direction, ongoing management and optimization of paid Meta campaigns. We do not produce unlimited content, guarantee bookings, or provide 24/7 support.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

Plans are billed monthly and automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — there are no partial-month refunds.

3. Advertising spend is separate

Your GlowReach plan covers strategy, setup and management. Advertising spend is billed directly by Meta using your own ad account and payment method. GlowReach never holds or moves your ad budget.

4. No guaranteed results

Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control — your market, pricing, offers, ad budget, creative quality and operational capacity to convert leads. GlowReach does not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue, or return on ad spend.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to your Meta Business Manager and ad account, fresh content and promotional updates, and prompt responses on creative approvals. Campaign performance is materially impacted by client responsiveness and content quality.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GlowReach to advertise content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or that violates Meta's advertising policies. You are responsible for complying with all medical, cosmetic and truth-in-advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
