This Marketing Services Agreement ("Agreement") governs the marketing services GlowReach ("we", "our", "us") provides to its clients ("you", "client"). By submitting onboarding and completing payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of services
GlowReach is a boutique Facebook and Instagram marketing agency for beauty businesses — nail techs, lash artists, estheticians, med spas, injectors and salons. Our services may include:
- Facebook and Instagram campaign management.
- Meta ad optimization and ongoing campaign setup.
- Booking-focused campaigns and promotional strategy.
- Monthly performance reporting.
- Content direction and ongoing campaign support.
Services are delivered on an ongoing monthly basis as long as your subscription remains active and you continue to participate (providing content, business updates, and timely approvals).
2. What is NOT included
To set realistic expectations, the following are explicitly not part of GlowReach's service:
- Guaranteed bookings, leads or revenue.
- Unlimited content production.
- Unlimited creative revisions.
- 24/7 support.
- A dedicated full-time strategist assigned only to your account.
- Daily organic posting on your behalf.
- Fully automated marketing — strategy, optimization and creative direction require active human work.
3. Fees
GlowReach charges a monthly management fee, and may charge a one-time setup fee at the start of engagement. Fees are billed automatically through our payment processor and are non-refundable once services have begun. Setup work, strategy development, ad account configuration and the first month of management are considered services commenced upon successful payment.
4. Advertising spend
GlowReach does not collect, hold, or move advertising spend. All advertising spend is billed directly through your own Meta account and the payment method connected to it. You are solely responsible for funding your Meta ad account and for any amounts Meta charges you. Recommended ad budgets are guidance only.
5. Performance & no guarantee
Results are not guaranteed. Campaign performance varies based on market conditions, budget, competition, seasonality and creative quality, as well as the client's pricing, location, reputation, booking system and responsiveness to leads. Results typically improve over time through optimization, testing and consistent brand visibility. GlowReach does not guarantee any specific number of bookings, leads, revenue, ROAS or follower growth.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date business information at onboarding and throughout the engagement.
- Grant GlowReach the required Meta Business Manager, Page and Instagram permissions so we can manage campaigns on your behalf.
- Provide content (photos, videos, testimonials, promotions and business updates) on a consistent basis.
- Respond to leads in a timely manner and operate your booking system professionally. We are not responsible for missed bookings caused by delayed responses, full schedules, or operational issues outside our control.
- Fund and maintain your own Meta ad account payment method.
7. Authorization to manage campaigns
By accepting this Agreement and granting GlowReach access to your Meta assets, you authorize GlowReach to create, edit, pause and optimize ad campaigns; create audiences; and design and publish ad creative subject to your approval process. We will not post to your organic Instagram or Facebook without your approval where applicable.
8. Pausing & termination for non-payment
GlowReach may pause or suspend services — including access to the client portal — for non-payment, expired payment methods, abusive behavior, or violation of platform policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and ends active campaign management at the end of the current paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver and receive services under this Agreement.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowReach's total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the management fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. GlowReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or claims relating to ad spend billed by Meta.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance through your dashboard or by email.
