Refund Policy

We want GlowReach to feel transparent and predictable. Here is how cancellations and refunds work for our boutique Meta marketing service.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing portal. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew. You keep access to your client portal until that date.

2. Management fees are non-refundable

Monthly management fees cover the strategy, setup, optimization and ongoing work our team performs throughout the billing period. Once services have begun for a given period, management fees are non-refundable, including for the remainder of that period after cancellation.

3. Advertising spend is separate

Advertising spend is billed directly by Meta from your own ad account — GlowReach never holds or refunds ad budget. Pause or adjust spend at any time inside Meta Ads Manager or by contacting our team.

4. Billing issues

If you were billed by mistake, charged twice, or believe there is a billing error, please reach out within 14 days at aastheticcx@gmail.com and we will review your case quickly.

5. Service interruptions

If a significant platform outage prevents you from accessing your client portal, contact support and we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include account credits.
