Refund Policy

We want GlowReach AI to feel risk-free and transparent. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and then it will not renew. You keep access until that date.

2. No refunds for used periods

We do not provide refunds for billing periods that have already started or for unused generations within a current period. This includes monthly and annual subscriptions.

3. Billing issues

If you were billed by mistake, charged twice, or believe there is a billing error, please reach out within 14 days at support@glowreach.dev and we will review your case quickly.

4. Service interruptions

If a significant service outage prevents you from using the platform, contact support and we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include account credits.
