Your trust matters. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Account information

When you sign up we store your email, name (optional), encrypted password, subscription plan, and usage counts. We use this to operate your account, enforce plan limits, and provide support.

2. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data, billing addresses, and where applicable, VAT / sales tax information. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status so we can manage your plan.

3. Campaign and onboarding data

The information you provide during onboarding (business details, services, offers, target audience, Meta account access and uploaded content) is stored in your account so our team can build and manage your campaigns. We do not sell this data. Advertising is run inside your own Meta Business Manager — GlowReach does not hold your ad spend.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used (page views, feature usage, error rates). We do not sell analytics data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies (and local storage) to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We may use functional cookies to improve the experience. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.

6. How we protect your information

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited and audited. We rely on industry-standard providers (Stripe, our managed cloud and database provider) with strong security postures.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time by emailing support@glowreach.dev.
